Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SeerAI account and data at any time.

Delete in the app

  1. Open SeerAI and go to Profile and tap the trash icon, or go to Settings → Delete Account.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Confirm.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your sessions end immediately.

What happens to your data

Deleted

  • Your account.
  • Matches that are not shared with anyone, including all of their videos, player images and AI data (stats, key moments, highlight clips and descriptions).

Transferred

  • Matches shared through a court session are transferred to another participant, and the links to your identity are removed.

Kept for a limited time

  • Server error logs are kept for [TODO: server log retention period].

Can’t access the app?

Email hello@seerai.app from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will process your request within [TODO: email deletion response time].
